Verdict on Caldera’s Arbitration Claim Against Global Gold Expected in January 2012

Montreal, Canada – Tuesday, December 20, 2011 – Caldera Resources Inc. (the “Company”) provides the following update on the current arbitration claim that it filed against Global Gold Corporation (“GBGD”) for terminating the JV between the parties on October 7, 2010.

The Arbitrator in the case, Ret. Justice Herman Cahn, has ordered that all parties present final briefs no later than December 30, 2011 and that oral arguments are to be presented before him, after the completion of cross-examination of one witness by GBGD, on January 3, 2012.  It is expected to have a ruling on the ownership rights of the Marjan Project, shortly thereafter.

Montreal, Canada -  Tuesday, December 13, 2011 – Caldera Resources Inc. (the “Company”) provides the following update on the current arbitration claim it filed against Global Gold Corporation (“GBGD”) for terminating the JV between the parties on October 7, 2010.

The testimony in the Arbitration Hearing, filed under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in New York, NY, will close today with the completion of the cross examination of Global Gold’s CEO, Mr. Van Krikorian.

Nov. 21, 2011 – Arbitrator Issues Standstill Order in Caldera vs. Global Gold Dispute

Montreal, Canada – Monday, November 21, 2011 – Caldera Resources Inc. (“the Company” or “Caldera”) and Global Gold Corporation (“GBGD”) received an order on Thursday November 17, 2011, by the Arbitrator presiding over the dispute filed by Caldera against GBGD. The order declares that “there shall be no sale, transfer, pledge, assignment, encumbrance and/or hypothecation” of the shares of Marjan Mining Company, LLC which holds the license to the Marjan Polymetallic Gold and Silver Project (the “Project”) in Armenia.  The same order applies to the membership interests in Marjan-Caldera Mining, LLC, the joint-venture vehicle were Caldera holds 55% interest in the Project.  In addition, this order also applies in the same manner to the license for the Marjan Project.

Montreal, Canada and Yerevan, Armenia Tuesday September 6, 2011 – The Police of the Republic of Armenia have rejected a criminal complaint filed against Caldera Resources Inc. (“Caldera” or the “Company”) on September 14, 2010 by senior executives of Global Gold Corporation (“GBGD”). The decision from the General Investigation Department rejects the false and misleading claims of GBGD and found no evidence of a crime by Caldera’s representatives. As a result, the criminal investigation against Caldera has been terminated.

“I am in receipt of a letter issued by the U.S. Embassy to a Senior Official of the Republic of Armenia that contains misleading and false statements against Caldera and its officers.  It appears that Mr. Van Krikorian, Legal Counsel, CEO and Chairman of GBGD, has deliberately misled the U.S. Embassy in Armenia in order to compel the U.S. Government to intervene on GBGD’s behalf.
